Profile of a Lifewalk Chaplain
Preliminary Requiremenets
Must have reliable personal referees, that will be called and interviewed.
Will be acceptable to a Board of Trustees and to the staff of a state school.
Will be accountable to Lifewalk and to the school.

Assessment and Evaluation
Upon receiving an application form, a Regional Leader will call the applicant for a phone interview to access suitability before training is offered.
Observation and assessment throughout training is also necessary to make sure applicants are the right fit for the role.
